After childbirth, you enter into what we call your fourth trimester. During this crucial time there is a lot to navigate including recovery, emotions and the care that you and baby will need along with becoming a new parent. Join us as we delve into all the things you should know about postpartum care, newborn care and adjusting to motherhood! This class comes with a postpartum plan template to better prepare you and your partner for the fourth trimester.
